Return Policy

If there is a problem with any of the products you have ordered, please contact richard@corico.ca. Products that are in their original packaging can be returned for exchange or refund (minus a 10% re-stocking fee). Defective or damaged items can only be exchanged or replaced.

Unless Customer has another valid agreement with Corico Inc, the following terms and conditions will apply. The Customer acknowledges that it is aware of the contents of and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Sale.

Terms of Sale

1) Prices
a) Prices are valid from the time of order and thirty days from current Internet pricing or dated wholesale pricelist.
b) Prices are exclusive of, and the Customer is responsible for, applicable sales and goods and service taxes as well as all shipping and handling costs. c) Shipping and handling charges will be listed separately on Corico Inc's invoice. f.o.b warehouse: Montreal, Quebec.
d) Prices are in Canadian dollars.


2) Orders
a) All orders are subject to acceptance by Corico Inc. Product orders must specify delivery within thirty(30) days from order date, unless otherwise agreed upon by Corico Inc and customer.
b) Customer will specify ship to address(es).


3) Payment
a) Payment for the products shall be made in full upon physical delivery of products.
b) Customer shall pay for all shipping and handling charges.
c) Corico reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 2% per month for all outstanding invoices over fifteen (15) days from receipt of product.
d) Payment may be made by check or money order to Corico Inc.


4) Delivery
a) Corico Inc shall deliver the products to the place of delivery designated by Customer.
b) Unless the Customer notifies Corico to the contrary, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in good condition and in accordance with the Contract.


5) Guarantee
a) Corico Inc guarantees that all products shipped are fresh and when applicable are stamped with expiry dates that are no less than 3 months from date of purchase.
b) Products are non-refundable but damaged packages may be credited at Corico Inc's discretion.
c) Corico Inc does not accept responsibility for damages incurred during shipping and transport from Corico to Customer.


6) Force Majeure
a) Neither party shall be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party so delaying, and such party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
